The Arkadelphia High School Quiz Bowl team are regional champions! They went undefeated on Saturday, and Alex Carter was named tournament MVP. We are very proud of this group!

The Badger Robotics Team finished 23rd out of 55 teams at the Arkansas FIRST Regional Robotics Competition this past weekend. The Badgers received the Top Seeded Rookie Team Award for being the highest placed rookie team after the qualification rounds (92 qualification rounds). There were seven states represented and five teams from Mexico.

The Arkadelphia Badger Robotics Team is in Little Rock today at the FIRST Arkansas Rock City Regional! Matches begin at: 9:50 a.m., 10:24 a.m., 11:26 a.m., 2:46 a.m., 3:56 a.m., and 4:52 a.m.

The Goza Middle School 7th and 8th grade bands and the AHS Band will present a concert at Jones Auditorium at Ouachita Baptist University TONIGHT. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free. Please come join us for an evening of great music performed by some of Arkadelphia's most talented young musicians!

Seven AHS DECA students will be attending the International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, GA this April. These students must raise over $1,000 each. They are offering reserved tickets to a crawfish boil dinner, which is sponsored in part by Jon Fitzgerald of OBU Sodexo. The dinner will include 3 lbs. of crawfish, potatoes, corn and onion. The boil will be held on the campus of AHS on March 16. Limited tickets may be purchased in advance by Friday, March 9th for $20. Contact the DECA Advisor David Gustaveson at 870-246-7373.
